  • We build various mechanisms into our programs that enable participants to track their progress and arrive at focused / cogent assessment of their leadership strengths and improvement areas.
  • Basis this, each participant is supported in creating at "My Leadership Mandala" and a specific, actionable "Leadership Development Plan".
